Who We Are 

Hi, nice to meet you. We’re Blyth Farm Cheese, a small on-farm family business close to Lake Huron near the historical village of Blyth. We are all about making great goat cheese, and are experts in the entire process, from tip to tail. Everything from the farming, to the cheese making, to the packing, is done right on our farm.


We care about:

  • The goodness of our cheese. We hand-craft them, and throw in some good ol’ tender loving care.

  • Bringing out rich flavours. Our cheese is made form 100% goat’s milk, fresh from the farm.

  • Keeping everything natural. We do not use colouring or any other additives.

Owner & Cheese Maker 

The big kahuna. This guy is not just a hat rack, my friends. He completed the Cheese Making Course at Guelph University to further his education, after making cheese in Holland, and immigrating to Canada with his family. He loves working along side his family on the farm, and clearly has an affinity for attracting great people, and making great cheese.

Leendert Van Dorp
Technical Assistant

Lee studied Automotive and Diesel Technician at Fanshawe College, and has found a pull to the farming side of Blyth Farm Cheese. Working alongside the sheep is more fun than ewe could imagine. He’s an important part of the team, loves the country lifestyle, and desires to help whenever possible.
